Trust in the cloud is considered as an ambiguity issue. Most are in agreement that ‘transparency’ is key to cloud trust, but transparency applies to a variety of cloud operations, which is why cloud trust research is diverse. The lack of transparency has caused diminished trust in the cloud service altogether. consumers whose data is accessed without their approval become distrustful of the clouds, which does not guarantee the quality of service (QoS). the most significant breach is related to manipulating the workload so that the customer consumes more cloud services and generates profits for service providers, resulting in increasing the use of resources and infrastructure. Consequently, Aujla et al. propose a customer-level monitoring tool that provides a portion of the credibility and certification of use of resources and data that service providers cannot manipulate or access at the customer level. In order to make these readings more reliable and to create a transparent environment that is trusted by both parties. We are proposing an approach to cloud trust that leverages the innovative blockchain technology to help increase transparency and also reduce the problem of depending on centralising intermediary. By following this approach, both parties will ensure reliable readings, and this approach will ensure the existence of non-modifiable proof that ensures transparency and credibility for all parties. We propose to use smart contracts as the vehicle for creating reliable environments inside the cloud services.
