I need a biologist

I need a letter from a biologist stating that our nursery project is not within 200’ of a "permanent or intermittent stream bed”. The only thing within that range that is at all arguably similar is a roadside drain swale.

And here is what the city planner wrote to me requesting the report:

Hi Donald and Gary,

I did some digging this afternoon, and I did learn that the Fish and Wildlife maps are based on aerial images from 2009. They admit that they may be incorrect, pending verification by a qualified biologist.

Even if the report is altered to reflect that there is no riparian area on the site itself, we will still need your biologist to determine where the nearest actual extent of the riparian corridor is located in relation to the site. The FMC prohibits development within 200 feet of a permanent or intermittent streambed:
