I need analysis on qualitative interviews

I am looking for an experienced data analyst to help identify themes and patterns from qualitative interviews. This project requires 6-10 interviews to be analyzed and the method I would prefer is thematic analysis. The goal is to provide key findings from the interviews as well as potential recommendations for further research. A successful outcome of this project will be a complete analysis of the data with all themes and patterns identified.
