I need a Structural Engineer/licensed design professional.

Receive a citation from the City of Stockton for a noticeable failure to the foundation on the northern section of the structure, as seen from the crawl space area. I was told that I must obtain the services of a licensed design professional and have the foundation, inspected and evaluated, and it must include replaced sections foundation that was replaced without a permit; a detailed written report must include the extent of the damage. The report must also include a recommended course of action to bring the foundation into compliance.
