HR insight report

I'm looking to create an HR insight report to be used internally that will focus specifically on employee engagement. This report will include specific data and metrics, per my direction. The purpose of this report is to be used internally to better understand our HR metrics and gain more insight into our employees' engagement with their work and our company. The report will help us understand the health of our HR strategy and determine best practices for ensuring our employees remain satisfied and engaged.
