To improve a Human resource case study
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I am looking for a human resource expert to re structure the attached presentation, Which explain our current situation as some of the employees in the company taking Housing & Transportation as per their contract, Nevertheless, others as per their contract the company responsible to provide for them a housing and transportation allowance and these employee are requesting to their own places and to use their own car however the company need to pay them Housing & Transportation. taking into consideration the following point:
1- Correcting the English mistakes: grammar, comprehension, and structure, which will make it more professional and more clear.
2- More infographics are required to be added, as it is "one pic saves a hundred words of explanation".
3- Divide the presentation and its ideas, so it can reach the attendees more easily "Divide and Conquer".
4- More analysis is needed to make to show the value of the savings and it's benefits to the company. as well the moral of the employee and if that is going to help them or not.
5- Not forgetting the employees, as it also should show the benefit to the employees, and that the company is not taking advantage of them in the wrong way, which will save us a lot of legal consequences and claims.
6- to add more value thing to presentation and to add more thing as needed.
