enterprise risk management Report

I am looking for a freelancer to develop an enterprise risk management report. The purpose of the report is to give the BoD and regulator an overview of the company's risk profile and key risks and our risk strategies.
The report should be written in a formal way that is suitable to be read by the BoD and Regulator. The structure of the report is required to be proposed by the risk consultant, and to be developed after approving it.
Note: the company has the following items developed and approved:
1. Risk policy and framework
2. risk mgmt organizational structure and roles and responsibilities
3. risk register for all the departments
4. risk profile and key risks
5. key risk indicators
6. risk strategies
