empirical study in Health informatics

I am looking for someone to help me conduct an empirical study in health informatics. The main objective of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness of a specific Electronic Health Records (EHR) system using a novel evaluation framework. This study should aim to determine how the implementation of health informatics impacts patient outcomes. The desired sample size for the study is small (less than 100). To complete this study, quantitative (40 users of technology in health settings) and qualitative (5-10 interview with experts ) research methods to gather and analyze data will need to be used. The successful candidate will need in-depth knowledge of health informatics and research methodology.
