A one hour conversation online video conference technology (Teams, Zoom, etc) with three clients to understand their perception of the relationship and the service they receive. Deliverable: a summary report for each interview pulling out key pieces of feedback that are potential action points, and a written transcipt of the actual discussion with responses categorised by theme . The questionnaire (or conversation guide) is already written, the themes for responses already provided.
