ZED Certification Outreach for MSMEs

I am working with the Government of India’s Zero Defect Zero Effect (ZED) programme and need support on the ground to expand its reach among micro, small and medium enterprises. The assignment is straightforward: visit local MSME units, sit down with decision-makers in one-on-one informational meetings, explain the ZED framework and its benefits, then guide the company through the basic Bronze-level registration and upload the corresponding file on the portal.

You will be my field link, so every successful visit should end with:
• A brief report summarising the discussion and next steps
• The completed Bronze application uploaded for that unit (portal confirmation screenshot suffices)

Comfort with travelling to industrial areas, clear communication in regional languages, and the ability to navigate the ZED portal smoothly will make the work efficient and rewarding.
