You have been asked to write a report for a potential foreign investor looking to buy a professional football club.
They would like to know a little about the industry within England, and what coaches would require to succeed within the professional game. They would like this report wrriten in two parts:
Part One (1000 words):
How does coaching function operationally within professional first team football in England, and critically evaluate what preparation is required from the coaches in order to optimise their practice.
Part Two (1500 words):
Pick 2 out of 4 topics that i will give you, and critially evaluate how these principles could impact upon elite performance coaching practice.
Explain, using an evidence based approach, how these principles are applied within a professional football context.
Finally, demonstrate where, and how these two pricniples would be implemented in a strategic approach in a typical week for a professional football team. The approach needs to consider on and off the pitch activities and an evidence-based approach to justify how it helps create a suitable learning environment, and how it helps develop players.
