Write a report based on original survey data/research that will be supplied

Our non-profit organization has conducted an original survey in the U.S. with veterinary practices and their employees. We have a slide deck of graphs/charts that showcase the results of the survey (example provided) and we would like to write a report on the most salient insights from the research. We would do one or more informational calls/interviews with the hired writer to ensure we are on the same page about the report, the insights we'd like to highlight, and more. If the report is well-done, there is more opportunity to write other reports based on our original research. If the writer also has an understanding of data visualization, that would be a benefit.
