Florida Professional Engineer (PE) needed. I need a concise traffic statement for an existing and new building totaling 3,860-sf building in St. Lucie County, Florida that will house a feed store and a steel-building dealership. The combined operation will have eight employees on site and will serve three distinct visitor groups—customers, delivery trucks, and staff.
Based on our own counts and projections, I expect no more than 50–75 customer vehicle trips per day, roughly 1–5 delivery truck trips, and the eight employees arriving and departing in the usual shifts.
