Technical analysis on flood in agriculture Report writing

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to prepare a technical analysis report on the impact of flood in agriculture. The report must focus on the impact on crop yield, effects of soil erosion and various mitigation strategies. The freelancer should be knowledgeable in either acquiring new data or research related to the topic, and provide an up to date analysis. I am open to either option of needing to be provided with research and data, or if the freelancer can source the resources as well. The detailed report should generally be less than 50 pages in length.
