TMJ CBCT Scan Interpretation Needed - 1 hour
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a set of TMJ CBCT scans that require a thorough, clinically-oriented interpretation. The focus must cover three distinct areas in each joint: • Bone structure – shape, density, cortical integrity, joint space measurements • Soft tissues – articular disc position, surrounding musculature, and any soft-tissue anomalies visible on CBCT • Pathologies – osteoarthritic changes, cysts, tumors, ankylosis, inflammatory signs, or any other abnormal findings I need the findings compiled into a concise Word document. Embed high-resolution annotated images directly in the text so a reader can correlate your written comments with the exact slice or 3-D view. Preferred workflow You may use RadiAnt, 3D Slicer, OsiriX, Invivo, or any comparable DICOM viewer to generate screenshots and 3-D reconstructions. Please label each annotation clearly. Deliverable package 1. Word report with systematic narrative (right TMJ, left TMJ, overall summary) 2. Embedded, call-out annotated images for every significant finding 3. A short impression section highlighting clinical significance and suggested next steps Acceptance criteria • All three focus areas addressed for each joint • At least one annotated axial, coronal, sagittal, and 3-D view per side • Clear, jargon-light wording so a general dentist can follow the conclusions Send a brief note on your CBCT interpretation experience and the software you plan to use, and I’ll share the DICOM files immediately.
