EN Sprinkler Hydraulic Calculations & stair pressurization system calculation
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need full hydraulic calculations for a wet-pipe sprinkler network that will protect a commercial property of more than 2 000 m². The design must be demonstrably compliant with EN 12845 and any related EN guidance, including clear justification of hazard classification, density, safety factors and required pump pressure.
The pipe layout and preliminary head spacing are already fixed in CAD; what is missing is the full hydraulic proof, friction-loss summary and sizing confirmation including required fire safety tank capacity and stair pressuration capacity. I’m happy for you to run the numbers in recognised tools such as Canute FHC, HydraCALC, HASS or your own spreadsheet, provided the final report is traceable and all formulas or software outputs are visible.
Please deliver:
• A calculation report (PDF) with node diagram, pipe schedule, flows, pressures, K-factors and safety margins
• The native calculation file or spreadsheet for future revisions
• A brief compliance memo that ties each key result back to the relevant EN clause and highlights any optimisation opportunities
Accuracy and clarity are more important than layout flair; as long as the fire authority and insurer can follow the logic, I’ll be happy.
