On-Site Simulator Support Engineers

Job ID: 40328987

Budget: $25 – $50 USD

Our driving simulators will soon arrive at three KIA dealerships—Frankfurt (Germany), multiple sites in Ecuador, and Jeddah (Saudi Arabia)—and I need reliable, locally based engineers who can step in when a system refuses to boot or shows early-life hiccups.

The assignment is strictly first-line support. When called, you would travel to the showroom, plug in, and work through a short diagnostic routine, then email me a concise report of what you discover.

Core checks I will rely on you to perform:
• Verify stable power delivery to the simulator and peripherals
• Confirm that the motion platform, screens, and controls power up and respond correctly
• Inspect the host PC and pinpoint whether hardware, cabling, or software startup is at fault

No component swapping or deep repairs for now—just eyes, multimeter, and common-sense troubleshooting so I can decide the next step from headquarters.

Please indicate which of the three regions you cover, your typical response time, and any previous experience with arcade or simulator electronics. Reliable email communication and clear photographic evidence are essential parts of the hand-off.
