Typical assignment rhythm
1. Agree on a trending issue—anything from shifting alliance formations to trade-driven security flashpoints.
2. Deliver a short outline within 24 hours clarifying hypotheses, sources, and the blend of qualitative and quantitative techniques you will employ.
3. Submit a 6–8 page brief (plus annexed data tables or code, where relevant) within the agreed timeline.

Acceptance criteria
• Evidence-based conclusions rooted in reputable sources
• Clear separation of fact, inference, and opinion
• At least one quantitative visual per brief
• Action-oriented recommendations flagged for senior decision-makers
