Scrum Master for a Sales Team needed

We are recruiting for a Scrum Master, who has extensive experience in applying the scrum framework to managing a Sales team. You will be required to use your scrum skills to galvanize your sales team to top par performance in closing out deals.


Responsibilities for Scrum Master

-Lead the sales team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
-Helping the product owner to achieve sales numbers
-Lead the scrum and sales teams in self-organization
-Timely report and tracking of team performance
-Manage the performance of a sales team as a Scrum Master
-Support the product owner and provide initiatives where needed


Qualifications for Scrum Master
-Prior experience on a scrum team (5 years plus experience)
-Strong internet connection
-Convey messages (verbal and written) without misunderstanding.
-Demonstrate experience in sales numbers
-Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
-Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum
-Experience with successful Agile techniques
-Ability to work with and lead a team

Note: Scrum masters without Sales experience should not apply.
