I need a detailed structural engineering inspection report for mortgage approval on a residential property. The inspection must specifically focus on the window in the living room. MUST BE IN THE UNITED STATES SPECIFICALLY GEORGIA IT NEEDS TO BE ON LETTERHEAD AND PREFER PE stamp SEE PICTURES WITH BLACK BACKROUND FOR EXACTLY WHT IS REQUIRED

This home was already inspected by fha inspector and these damages were listed under non MRP items that don’t have to be repaired for tha but morgage company requires letter from structural engineer saying this is cosmetic attached is pic from appraisal showing the moisture damage living room window as non MRP $300 fix
