This a research based report with answers to the following questions.
What is the population and distribution of landlords across the UK?
What are the most talked about issues landlords face? Rank them based on cost, frequency, urgency to resolve, and wether it is regulatory or not.
Describe if these issues are growing and what landlords are doing about them…
What are the various solutions used by landlords to attempt solving the issues (create a matrix or map connecting issues to solutions and volume of landlord)?
What are the current examples of outcomes?
What are the platforms where landlords converge?
Expectations:
Must be fully referenced
Data supporting report to be provided in excel worksheets
All references must be provided
Copy of all referenced materials or links where appropriate
