Problem-centred project– Supporting lifelong transition and outcomes

This project will develop a plan to enable autistic or neurodivergent individuals to navigate a vertical and horizontal transition. You will utilise a learning-based approach to develop this plan drawing on relevant research and learning theory to engage individuals as active learners and agents in planning and implementing strategies needed to demonstrate self-determination in new environments.
