This project consists of two segments:
* Presentation.
* And a Report
The presentation and the report are about circular economy model on a fashion business.
* Select a fashion business of your choice
• Analyse the business and examine how its brands in the
RMG ( ready-made garment ) industry apply circular economy model to its
manufacturing processes.
• Examine how the application of circular economy model
can generate value for the brand and its customers.
• Application of competitive advantage by arguing they go
more strongly FOR something they are already doing or
change an area and argue AGAINST their current strategy.
• Identify areas where it could improve.
• Design a social media campaign (consisting of 4-6 items)
to boost that organisation’s impact on circular economy.
• Present the campaign.
