Prepare a Professional Quotation ( TOR) Terms of Reference

This is a low budget task however there will be more tasks in future

Thank you so much for sending us the proposal. As mentioned in the TOR, the document requirement is as follows (see Part b of the attached TOR)
b. Documents requirements
The package is open for qualified individuals/ groups or companies. Applicant can either apply for both services or one out of the two.
For individuals/ groups:
- CV(s) with previous similar previous experience, relevant academic certificate;
- Quotation with rates.
For company:
- Company license; portfolio with relevant experience. Showing previous similar contracts with other organizations is encouraged;
- CVs of staff will be responsible for the service;
- Quotation with rates.
We would like to get your confirmation about the following:
For translation services
Your quotation is lack of CV of the editor and translator responsible for the service. Could you please send us these documents?
We will sign a comprehensive service package 1 or package 2, we cannot sign the contract for one or two services in each package. We see that the Package 1 is lack of translation from Vietnamese to English. Could you please confirm if you can provide this service and give us your proposed cost by filling in the attached excel file (Request for Quotation template). Quotes in Vietnamese dong VND, not in USD;
Please kindly provide the quotation in Vietnamese dong for all other 3 services as they are now in USD.
For Package 2: Designing
Please kindly provide the quotation in Vietnamese dong for all other 3 designing services at simple, medium and complicated levels, by filling in the attached excel file.
Please kindly give us the CV of the designing staff responsible for the service.
