I need reliable, on-the-ground support in Ibiza to confirm the credentials of a potential hire. The role is limited to qualification vetting, specifically:
• Professional certifications – I want you to examine the original certificates in person, check security features (seals, signatures, holograms) and capture clear, date-stamped photos or scans for the file.
• Work experience – while the candidate has provided reference letters, I need those employment claims cross-checked by viewing any supporting hard-copy evidence they can present (contracts, payslips, reference letters). Note discrepancies, dates, positions and company details exactly as shown.
Acceptance criteria
1. A concise report summarising findings for each item, noting either “verified”, “partially verified” or “not verified” and explaining any issues.
2. High-resolution images of every document inspected, saved in an organised folder structure.
3. Signed declaration that all images were taken by you, in person, on the stated date and have not been altered.
No online or database checks are required; your focus is strictly physical document verification.
The assignment is expected to take place at a mutually agreed location in Ibiza within the next two weeks. You must be fluent in Spanish or Catalan, discreet, and able to present official ID if the candidate requests it.
