Pre-Employment Vetting Project, Calvi Risorta
Budget: $10 – $55 USD
I’m hiring a field-based verifier in or near Calvi Risorta to complete pre-employment screening on one candidate.
The assignment centres on two tasks:
1. Background check limited to employment history – I’ll supply the candidate’s CV and consent forms. You’ll confirm job titles, start-/end-dates and reasons for leaving directly with the past employers (number of companies to be confirmed once paperwork is handed over). Written or recorded confirmation from each employer is required.
2. Reference check – collect two professional references, ideally a direct manager and an HR representative, and document their feedback about performance, reliability and eligibility for rehire.
A concise report in English (PDF) with all contact logs, signed/verbal confirmations and any supporting documents will complete the job. Fluency in Italian, an understanding of local data-privacy laws and the ability to handle calls during Italian business hours are essential. Prompt turnaround and absolute discretion are expected; I’d like the final file within one week of receiving the candidate details.
