Policy brief

I'm looking to develop a policy brief that will be delivered to government officials. The purpose of this brief is to inform the officials, to persuade them and potentially propose a solution to a problem. The policy brief should be comprehensive and professional. To ensure that it is of the highest quality, I will provide specific points to be included and any relevant data to support these statements. The freelancer should have a thorough understanding of the target audience and the content must be tailored specifically for them. If the freelancer feels there are areas of the brief that needs more attention, I am open to suggestions. The goal of the policy brief is to produce a well-written and thorough document for the target audience.
