Responsibilities:
- Conduct policy research and analyze government regulations, laws, and public policy trends that impact the client's business or industry.
- Develop policy briefs, reports, and recommendations to guide client decisions.
- Provide expert advice on navigating legislative and regulatory landscapes at local, state, and federal levels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align recommendations with client objectives.
- Attend meetings (virtual) with stakeholders, providing insights into policy issues.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in public policy analysis, government affairs, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of government regulations, public policy development, and legislative processes.
- Experience working with government agencies, think tanks, or in consulting.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex policy issues in a clear, actionable way.
- Experience in policy advocacy, stakeholder engagement, or political consulting is a plus.
