I have an apartment that must be documented before the next tenancy begins, and I need a detailed, one-day inspection carried out on site. The job is straightforward but thorough: walk through every room as well as the balcony and any shared exterior spaces, test each appliance, tap, light switch and fixture, note even the smallest cosmetic blemish, and keep an eye out for structural issues such as cracks, loose tiles or water stains.
Please capture clear, well-lit photos as you go and label them so I can match each image to its location later. By the end of the day I expect:
• A concise, written report (Word or PDF) that lists all findings, organized by room and highlighting appliances, fixtures, and anything affecting structural integrity.
• A folder of labeled, high-resolution photos.
Punctuality and a sharp eye matter more than formal qualifications, though prior maintenance or inspection experience will certainly help you work efficiently with the checklist I provide in advance.
