I am looking for a professional to conduct an analysis of an organization's onboarding process with a focus on evaluating its training effectiveness and time to productivity. This information will be compiled and analyzed from employee feedback surveys, with a view to improving the onboarding process.
The ideal candidate should have a knack for identifying patterns and deciphering trends in data to formulate feasible recommendations towards help in boosting training effectiveness and reducing time to productivity. The role will also involve:
• Analyzing employee feedback surveys
• Evaluating key aspects of the onboarding process
• Identifying areas for improvement
Skills and Experience
• Experience in HR or organisational analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Deep understanding of training programs and productivity metrics
• Excellent report writing skills
Specifically, I have identified challenges related to lack of clear objectives and insufficient training resources in the current system, hence would require practical suggestions and innovative recommendations on how to tackle these issues as part of the project.
This project will require the successful candidate to produce a detailed 6-page Word document encapsulating their findings, observations, and recommendations. The analysis will enable my organization to make data-informed decisions about how to revamp our onboarding procedure moving forward.
