Navi Mumbai Site Inspection Engineers
Budget: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 INR
I need one licensed Civil Engineer and one licensed Electrical Engineer to join me on-site in Navi Mumbai for a single working day to inspect a commercial building that is nearing hand-over. The visit is strictly an inspection exercise; no supervision or design work is required.
Your focus areas will be:
• Structural integrity of the civil works – visible cracks, load-bearing members, slab condition, and any deviations from drawings.
• Electrical systems – main panels, sub-panels, earthing, cable routing, and overall installation quality.
I will provide floor plans and previous progress photos in advance so you can arrive prepared. On the day, bring your standard inspection tools (laser measure, camera, multimeter, etc.) and PPE. After the walkthrough, each of you will compile a concise report (PDF) by the next morning outlining observations, immediate concerns, and recommended corrective actions with supporting photos.
Acceptance criteria
1. Presence on site for the full agreed window (approx. 9 am–5 pm).
2. Report delivered within 24 hours, clearly segregating observations and actionable recommendations.
3. All findings backed by photographs and, where relevant, code references.
