Monthly report - Client activity
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are insurance brokers and do have a clients in medical insurance line and we are providing a multi services:
1- Daily transaction (additions - deletion - corrections - class changes)
2- Health day at client office.
3- Support in medical approvals.
4- Receives a phone call and answers for any queries for the coverage or general information of insurance policy.
5- Continues a clients visits .
6- Give a presentation of the policy performance at client office.
7- Sending a monthly statement of account and provide all the invoices.
We usually contact the authorized person from the client, but recently we found a gap between our company services and the top management they don’t know about our hard working, so we suggest to do a monthly report and add all the achievements during the month, and for small clients we will do a quarterly report.
So we need professional report that will market our organization, and it’s important to have our logo and client logo in this report, and we prefer to be from 2 to 3 pages, short with rich information.
