I'm seeking a physician or nurse with GP OR MEDICAL OFFICER--NO NEED FOR A SPECIALIST. PLS DON'T SEND MESSAGES IF YOU HAVE SPECIALIZATION. --DON'T SEND MESSAGES IF YOU'RE NOT A DR OR RN--I HAD TO BLOCK YOU, AND DON'T WASTE MY TIME. to write a patient evaluation report. The task involves primarily copying and pasting information, with all necessary materials provided by me.
Requirements:
- Medical background as a physician or nurse
- 2-3 hours/WEEK to complete the report
- Ability to meet deadlines
The report sections will include
- Medical history---BRIEF /SUMMARY
- Diagnosis and treatment plan—AS IN PT.FILE
Guidelines and templates will be provided. Feedback will be given, so openness to it is necessary.
