Invoice Voucher & Report Customization -- 2
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I need my invoicing system re-worked quickly, with voucher-level changes taking first priority and the rest following close behind. The goal is to streamline day-to-day entry, tighten reporting, and make data imports painless.
Here’s what I expect to receive:
• Voucher-level customization – this is the most urgent piece. The voucher screens must reflect our exact data flow, mandatory fields, default values, numbering logic, and print layout.
• Item-level customization – line-item fields, calculations, and discounts should follow the revised voucher logic.
• Master-level customization – customer, supplier, item, and cost-center masters need extra attributes and validation rules so nothing has to be typed twice.
• Report customization – I rely on (1) cost-center-wise, item-wise analysis and (2) customer-wise summaries; both must pull cleanly from the new data structure and export to PDF or Excel without manual tweaks.
• Excel import – every voucher type (sales, purchase, journal, receipts, payments, etc.) should accept an XLS/XLSX template so we can bulk-load historic and third-party data.
I’m ready to test as soon as you deliver each module, and I’d like the whole package completed ASAP. Please tell me which platform or language you’ll use, any libraries or add-ons you propose, and how soon you can start.
