I am in need of a freelancer who can assist me in producing an instructional report for owners after a behavior consultation regarding their dog's behavioural issues.

Behavioral Issues:
- varying from case to case

Level of Detail Expected in the Report:
- Step-by-step action plan
- Some basic theory to illustrate the reasons for the plan
- All necessary information will be provided by voice recording of the consultation itself and previous reports will be provided and can be used as a template.

Follow-up Consultations or Support:
- No follow-up needed

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in dog behavior and training advantageous but not essential
- Ability to provide clear and concise instructions in a report format
