[India] Recruit 1 Green Building Consultant or Distributor for a Business Networking Event and Q&A Session
Budget: $100 – $200 USD
FOLLOW THE WORKFLOW, NO NEGOTIATION.
Milestone Payment: 80% after 3 hours of meeting, 20% after submitted reports

I am looking for 1 Green Building Consultant or Distributor BASED IN INDIA ONLY to meet with FOUR (4) Taiwanese companies for business networking activities (30 minutes each, estimated 2 hours) and a 1-hour Q&A session. The total time will be 3 hours and everything will be online.
*Business networking has no commitment to buy any products. The person just needs to listen to the presentation and ask some questions to the Taiwanese.
Freelancer roles:
-Find 1 consultant OR distributor to join the 3 hours session. Current Indian companies list (https://reurl.cc/XjO0gM), you can contact them or other similar companies. MUST MATCH the criteria (see below) and APPROVED by ME.
-Provide the information, such as the person's name, job position, company that he/she is working with, company brief introduction, and years of experience or expertise.
-The 3 hours of the session:
a. make sure the person joins the meeting
b. Business networking - help to translate if the person does not speak English
c. help me to record the business networking note (format will be provided)
d. host the Q&A session by helping me to ask my questions to the person and record the answers in our report (questions and report format will be provided)
e. provide me the person's business card (may just take a photo or e-business card)

I have several India green building questions I would like to ask the person:
1. Which of the Taiwanese products in the list above is suitable for the Indian market
2. How Indian buyers search for product information
3. What is some market advice
4. Some regulations need to pay attention to for the products above
*The person does not need to answer all questions in detail but at least can provide an overview of the industry and compare the products in the list with the Indian market.
About the Consultant and Distributors Requirements
1. Must be currently working in the building construction field that uses green products.
2. The person does not need to represent his/her company but must be holding a job position in the company.
3. The person must have at least 8 years of experience in the industry or hold a position as a manager, consultant, procurement officer, etc.
If you are currently working in this industry or you know someone from this industry will be an advantage. Please propose your price and a short explanation of your idea and background. You may propose yourselves if you fit the requirement above.
