Help gain SPSS findings

Hi

I was wondering if I would be able to speak to somebody about my current Psychology project. I have carried out a survey and have to create a report with my findings using linear regression on SPSS. I am unable to use SPSS finding it very difficult. Its a short 5000 word report but the SPSS is creating a massive problem for me getting started.
