Freelancer Tech Interview Panel

I'm looking to hire a tech interview panel of 1-3 mid-level professionals with skill sets in programming languages, database management and project management. This panel will provide valuable insights into potential technical hires, help identify their strengths and weaknesses, as well as assess how well they fit into our organization. The panel should have several years in the industry and be able to conduct interviews with an eye toward identifying candidates that can take on challenging projects and adapt quickly to new circumstances. Specifically we are looking for the ability to differentiate between short-term and long-term problem solving skills in candidates. This panel will help us identify a pool of outstanding candidates and make sure that we bring the best people on board.
