Expert Freelancer Account Manager Needed

I’m looking for an experienced and proactive Freelancer Account Manager who can handle my freelance account, submit effective bids, and help win quality projects consistently. You must understand how to target the right clients, write winning proposals, and follow up professionally.

Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage my Freelancer.com account (or other platforms as needed)
2. Search for relevant projects in my niche
3. Write and submit customized proposals with high-conversion rate
4. Communicate with potential clients professionally
5. Schedule follow-ups and maintain client interest
6. Share weekly reports of activity, leads, and outcomes

Skills Required:
1. Proven experience in bidding and client acquisition on platforms like Freelancer, Upwork, Fiverr, etc.
2. Excellent written communication and proposal writing
3. Understanding of freelance business and how to close deals
4. Basic knowledge of my services (can be explained to you)

Services I Offer:

Ideal Candidate:
✔ Self-motivated & goal-oriented

✔ Available 2–3 hours daily to manage account and bid

Compensation:
Fixed + Commission

Base pay: ₹ 8000 per /month (as per agreement)

Plus commission for every successful project won (can be 20% based)
