Event Report Writing Specialist
Budget: $14 – $30 NZD
I’m looking for a skilled writer who can turn raw event data—agendas, budgets, attendee statistics, survey results, photos, and my own notes—into a polished, insightful event management report. The document should read professionally from the very first page, guiding readers through what we set out to achieve, how the event was planned and delivered, and what the measurable outcomes were.
Here’s how I picture the collaboration:
• You’ll start by reviewing the material I provide (run sheets, vendor contracts, post-event surveys, financial summaries—whatever is relevant) and propose a logical outline.
• Once we agree on the structure, you’ll draft clear, engaging copy that weaves in facts, charts, and any visuals I supply. I typically work in Microsoft Word and Google Docs, so compatibility there is important.
• I’ll give consolidated feedback on each section, and you’ll refine the report until it’s presentation-ready. The final deliverable should include an executive summary, well-labelled tables/figures, and any source references.
Timeliness matters: I’d like the first complete draft within one week of project start, and the finished version no later than two weeks. If this timeline works for you and you have demonstrable experience writing event or project reports, I’d love to see samples and get started right away.
