Estate Inspection and Reporting
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
We need a comprehensive inspection of both the roads and paths in the Yes estate in St Ives, Cambs (approximately 200 houses).
The roads and paths are not adopted, so we as residents are responsible for their condition.
Inspection focuses on:
- Maintenance status
- Safety hazards
Deliverables:
- Written document
- Photos

- Ability to provide clear, professional written reports
- Proficiency in photography for documentation
