Enlisted Performance Report

The project I need help with is an Enlisted Performance Report. The purpose of the report is to evaluate performance and potential for promotion, so it’s an important report to get right. It needs to include a task analysis of the enlistee, which should provide a comprehensive overview of their performance record. I need the report to be in the format of an email document, so that I can quickly archive and access them in the future.
