Employment History Background Check -- 7

Job ID: 40406591

Budget: $10 – $55 USD

A site visit is required to verify the authenticity of the provided employment certificate and to ensure that the information mentioned is accurate and legitimate. During the visit, the assigned verifier must physically visit the organization’s premises and confirm its operational existence. The verifier should meet with an authorized representative of the organization, such as an HR official or supervisor, and cross-check the employment details of the applicant, including designation, tenure, and any other relevant information stated in the certificate.
Additionally, the verifier is required to complete the official verification form in full, ensuring that all sections are accurately filled out with verified information. Any discrepancies or unavailability of information should be clearly noted in the form.
As part of the documentation, a minimum of five geo-tagged photographs must be captured during the visit. These should include clear images of the organization’s exterior (showing signage if available), interior workspace, and any relevant operational areas to establish the legitimacy of the location. The geo-tagging feature must be enabled to ensure that the location coordinates are embedded within the images as proof of visit.
All collected information, along with the completed verification form and geo-tagged photographs, must be compiled and submitted as part of the final verification report.
