I'm looking for a professional to help me conduct an employee survey to gauge employee engagement in my company. The survey would be completed by 50 to 200 employees with the results in a summary report format.
The purpose of the survey is to measure employee engagement. This would help identify areas that need improvement and to get a better understanding of how engaged employees are. The survey should provide insight into employee satisfaction with current policies and practices and uncover areas for improvement.
I'm looking for someone who has experience in employee surveys and is able to put together a comprehensive and effective survey to capture the necessary information to provide a clear view of employee engagement.
