Elder Health Monitoring Nurses
Budget: ₹400 – ₹650 INR
I run an “anytime seva” home-care service for senior citizens and now need qualified nurses who can visit our subscribed elders, perform basic vitals checks, administer medication on schedule, and turn each visit into a concise health-status report.
Here is what the assignment looks like in practice: you will travel to the client’s home, measure blood pressure and capillary blood-sugar, observe whether prescribed medicines have been taken, then log those findings immediately on your phone or tablet. At the end of the shift you will generate a brief report that covers three points—BP readings, sugar levels, and overall medication compliance—and upload it to our secure portal so families can view progress in real time.
Deliverables (per patient):
• On-site BP & glucose readings taken with your own calibrated devices
• Timely medication administration according to the doctor’s chart
• A PDF or Word report after every visit summarising:
– Blood-pressure readings
– Sugar-level readings
– Notes on whether all scheduled medicines were taken (compliant / missed / delayed)
I supply the visit schedule and patient history; you bring your nursing licence, basic monitoring equipment, and a smartphone or laptop for quick reporting. Reliability and clear written English are essential, as families depend on these updates to make care decisions.
If you are a registered nurse who enjoys community work and can start soon, please let me know your location, typical availability, and experience with elder care.
