Domiciliary Care Interview Expert Needed

I'm seeking a seasoned healthcare manager with a minimum NVQ level 4/5 in Healthcare. Your primary role will be conducting interviews for our agency, focused on candidates for Domiciliary Care / Support Work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews with prospective Domiciliary Care / Support Work candidates
- Assess candidates' communication skills, clinical skills and experience
- Provide feedback and recommendations based on interviews

Ideal Candidate:
- Managerial experience in healthcare
- Minimum NVQ level 4/5 in Healthcare
- 3-5 years of experience in domiciliary care
- Excellent understanding of clinical skills and requirements

Your managerial experience and qualifications will be instrumental in helping us find the right candidates. Your ability to assess candidates' communication skills, clinical skills and experience will be key.
