Disciplinary Appeal Consultation for HR

I require a HR advisor to hear an appeal hearing related to a disciplinary action. The case involves an employee's misconduct. Hearing can be held with you remote by you setting up MS Teams or similar we will provide notetaker. Union rep will be attending

You will need to be suitably qualified eg CIPD or similar

You would make your report to a Company Director
