Demand letter for payment

Kesa Alleyne personal friend who has not paid her debts back on time as stated. She also used company credit card for purchases that were not work related. She told me she would pay in January, then February and still nothing. There is also an apartment in question that she needs to add herself to the lease so that she can continue to live there. She is financially responsible for the rent but the place is in my name. I travel and she stays at the apartment and takes care of everything. She has failed to do so on that and those bills are listed out as well. I just want to be paid back all my money without having to sue her or Darnell Houston. He charged a medical procedure on the company credit card and I am not going to be financially responsible for those charges. I want to be paid back for his surgery.
Demands:
Kesa Alleyne needs to be listed on the lease of the apartment by March 30 2022 or locks will be changed. During this lease term, no sub-leasing or allowing people who are not listed on the lease to live in the apartment until this lease has been completed and Ryley Spratt name has been removed. All of the unpaid transactions need to also be paid by March 30 2022 with the exception of the $17,000, I will let her make payment arrangements for this portion only. All charges on the American Express card will need to be discussed and paid as these transactions were made with your card. Mr. Spratt will NOT be assuming financial responsibility for these charges. Darnell Houston has until April 30,2022 to provide a financial solution to paying back the money owed for his medical procedure. If they do not comply, I will move forward with taking them to court for legal proceedings.
