Create documentation for business process
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
We are looking for a freelancer, who has either creative writing or business writing skills to create documentation for steps in an individual task/process in our organization. The process is well-defined, but we don't have experience formalizing tasks and requirements and our existing documentaiton is either missing or inaccurate or contradictory, and even we have issues explaining the process in this task, that's why looking for expertise.
We estimate final document to be about 1500 words, but less words is better! As we want all tasks to be describen with short, but clear and easy to understand sentences or steps.
In final document we need text-only (with paragraphs, bullet points, lists, if necessary) but graphs, diagrams, etc. are not needed. Subject of project is related to healthcare, but no healthcare experience is required and there are no special or difficult terms, we want to have easy to read, structured, clear description of process.
It's not our first attempt to create such documentation, but we never had acceptible results, that's why we decided that the only way to achieve our requirements would be joining a video call with our employee, who is reponsible for this process and to actually try all the steps with our employee, so you would be able to ask any questions and notice each smallest and necessary details of the process. That's why we require freelancer, who is willing do to the job to have webcam, and ideally headset too, to join about 30-40 minutes video to video call, to actually experience all necessary steps in the process, so you would be able to create quality documentation.
Please apply only if you are willing to join a video to video call and personally observe steps, which should be in the document, because our previous attempts to make such documenation just following our exisitng documentation and description, always led to numerous revisions and not satisfactory result at all. We don't want to request or review revisions, we want documentation to be done once and properly.
