I need someone to inspect a potential arbitrage unit and work through my existing checklist while you are on-site. The main thing I care about is the overall condition of the place, so please document the interior, exterior, and all utilities / appliances in depth.
For every point on the checklist, include clear photos and short notes that flag wear-and-tear, safety issues, or anything that could trigger complaints from future Airbnb guests.
